Add keys, values and volumes for properties files
New sets of properties to be mounted as files key.properties,
portal.properties for use on the application's classpath.
Added deployment values to the example recipe; should consider
use of secrets for credentials.
Added persistent volume, claim and storage class for user data.

Verify helm charts with client lint and template
In a docker, install helm client, package up common dependency,
copy to every chart, then run helm lint and helm template
to verify chart contents, with output to stdout.

FEATURE: Docker image for creating Helm secrets
This change adds a docker image that generates Kubernetes
secrets from TLS keys and certificates; it is primarily
intended for use with TLS-enabled helm/tiller.

Added code to not install low latency kernel to Virtualbox VM
Low latency kernel causing VirtualBox Ubuntu VMs to hang. This
fix avoids installing the low latency kernel if the VM is identified
as a VirtualBox VM.

Rename ext charts
This change enables that both ext service charts to be deployed
(since Helm release names are based on chart name) into the same
k8s cluster.
This change also contains a number of fixes.

Add serviceaccount support to common and appmgr
This change adds a serviceaccount to the appmgr helm chart with explicit
permission to list pods in the namespace where it expects to find its
tiller; this is to handle the case where the default serviceaccount is
not allowed to list pods.
To support his, service account name support was added to the common
chart.

Add namespace name to release name
Credentials are per namespace therefore we need to deploy this chart
for each namespace where the credential is needed. The helm release
name used for deploying the chart to each namespace should reflect the
namespace; otherwise we will have "release already exists" error when
deploy the credential into the second namespace in the same cluster.

Use application.properties from YAML in values
Mount a config map as file /maven/application.properties
instead of environment variable SPRING_APPLICATION_JSON.

Change method for getting floating IP addr
Previous method fo rgetting floating IP address is OpenStack specific,
not working for virtualization platforms such as VirtualBox. Switching
to a more generic method.
