Build new DBAAS image with latest sdlcli (v0.9.2)

Build DBAAS image 0.5.6 with the version v0.9.2 of the sdlcli -tool.
Version v0.9.2 has a fix for Redis Sentinel statuses handling in sdlcli
'healthcheck' command.
