FIX: move some end-to-end test configs to values.yaml for nanobot

A few of the configurations for the ete testsuite were baked into
the testsuite file.  This change moves those configs to
the global properties file and allows them to be configured out of
the nanobot values.yaml.  This change only affects the nanobot
version of those files.

The change also makes a minor update to elminate the requirement
for a host path for logging; that is now optional.

FIX: Nanobot cleanup, bugfixes, and features

This change applies numerous cleanups and fixes to the "nanobot" robot
implementation and some testsuites/libraries.  Among them:

o Nanobot now requires the common configuration template from the RIC
  platform
o The nanobot configmap generation process was simplified and extended
  to allow multiple source trees for its configmaps
o It is now possible to exclude tests by tag in values.yaml

Outside the nanobot:
o Numerous testsuite/resource file bug fixes and cleanups were applied

IMPLEMENTS: RICPLT-2062, XApp LCM tests

This change updates the appmgr robot library and adds positive and negative tests
for app deployment via the XApp manager.

The required tests are documented here:
https://rancodev.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IT/pages/113705032/xApp+LCM+Test+Manual

This change will break any code that relied on the previously implemented
appmgr_interface.robot resource.
