Move pom for sonar analyses into ricsdl-package

The test coverage data file is written by tox into ricsdl-package,
so launch maven at that directory, not in the repo root.
Drop ricsdl-package/ prefix from sonar.source and other properties.
Add directory names to sonar.inclusions property.
