Subtask RIC-754 KPIMON xapp validation using nanobot with SDL

        Updated Values.yaml for Kpimon xapp
Added kpimonxapp.robot for EtE testing between kpimon and E2sim
Updated global_properties variables for kpimonxapp
Updated README file for nanobot testing
