NONRTRIC Update docker image names for new sample uServices
These changed images are new, and intended for first release later in summerthis year.
Note, some other images here also need to be renamed, but they are not intended for 'release'.
Those other images' current names are used alot in our test env, so need a bit more work to rename.

Feat!: Update JJB version to 6x
Jenkins Job Builder 6.0.0 is released and breaks backward
compatibility with 5.1.0.
The breaking changes with previous 5.1.0 release:
- Jobs are now expanded the same way as job templates.
- Macros without parameters are now expanded the same way as macros
with parameters.
- Tags !include-raw: and !include-raw-escape: should now be used the
same way in jobs and macros without parameters as they are used in
job templates and macros with parameters.
- Update pre-commit dependencies

CI: Disable Jenkins ci-man verify and merge
These jobs are running in GHA.
We are diabling the Jenkins jobs but we are leaving them
present until we confirm GHA workflows are consistently
working fine.

pti-rtp: remove the script for yocto
The required packages for yocto build are no longer
available on the mirrors of centos7, details info in:
https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2/IT-25536
So remove the script for now, we will try to migrate
to other base OS in the future.
