Update nonrtric jjb for the change of folder names in master branch

Update nonrtric jjb for the change of folder names in master branch

This is an addtional fix for https://gerrit.o-ran-sc.org/r/c/ci-management/+/7158
7158 could not be merged successfully because the folder names
are not changed in dawn and cherry branch

The reason of this change is that two folder names have been changed
in nonrtric master branch

policy-agent                   ->    a1-policy-management-service
enrichment-coordinator-service ->    information-coordinator-service
