pti-rtp: remove the script for yocto
The required packages for yocto build are no longer
available on the mirrors of centos7, details info in:
https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2/IT-25536
So remove the script for now, we will try to migrate
to other base OS in the future.

Deleting xapp-frame-rust settings file
We now only have `mvn-settings` variable, but no actual settings. This
is similar to `xapp-frame-cpp`. We will see if this works.

This reverts commit
f9d3d2e39c54a84c8c6428a9cdc0de5112cfe42e.
The commit just copies the settings from the sandbox env to the
prod, which is incorrect. This must be reverted.

Fixed `credentialsId` for the production env
For the maven settings for `ric-plt-xapp-frame-rust`, the provided
`credentialsId` was missing. Fixed this to use the one used by the
`sandbox` environment for the docker repository.
