Improve Xtesting code for interconnecting test cases

This patch improves Xtesting code so that API conformance test cases
provided by ETSI NFV-TST 010 can be interconnected and then run in succession.

This patch also includes a script to modify API conformance test cases
automatically for the purpose.

Modify Xtesting script based on the fix in NFV-TST

This patch modifies Xtesting script to remove commenting out steps
which call a test case in ETSI NFV-TST.
The test case was defective but now is fixed in the below [1] by
ETSI NFV-TST.

Improve Xtesting for using NFV-TST code directly

In the current Xtesting, the API conformance test suites provided
by ETSI NFV-TST 010 have been modified internally to adapt our test
framework.
In this patch, Xtesting is improved to directly use NFV-TST test
suites.
