Sample rApp packaging script modification for helm chart
Added the possibility to have plain Helm charts.
The script will check the Helm artifacts directory and
try to package the subdirectories in order to get
.tgz packaged helm charts.

Fix helm packages to run standalone with the common references
Helm packages expects the common charts variables to be avaialble. It is not required in this case.
Helm packages updated by removing the common chart variable references.
