ADD N1, N2 N3 interfacing to topology generation

- Generation of AMF and UPF per Near-RT-RIC
- Generation of N1 links from UE to AMF
- Generation of N2 links from O-CU-CP to AMF
- Generation of N3 links from O-CU-UP to UPF
