-The SMO project implements the O1 and the O1/VES interface. The former is used for configuration and management of RAN Network Functions (NF) while the latter collects all the events that are reported by different RAN NFs.
+The SMO project implements the O1, O1/VES, and O2 interfaces. The O1 interface (incl. O1-VES) is for observation, configuration and management of RAN Network Functions (NFs). The O2 functions are responsible for managing all aspects of O-Clouds and O-Cloud workloads.

Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) features
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
+SMO TEIV repository provides models, APIs and service implementations for Topologiy Exposure and Inventory functions. Topology Exposure & Inventory manages the representation of topology and inventory resources in a suite of evolving vendor-agnostic data models to share and operate on a common view of the topology.

SMO O1 repository is for the implementation, installation, and use of the O1 interface of SMO. It uses the Software Defined Netowrk (SDN) Controller for Radio (SDNR) to implement the O1 interface. The software comes in the form of Docker containers that are setup using docker-compose.
