Vesmgr configures the Vespa event with the following values:
- VNFName: Value from env variable VESMGR_VNFNAME,
           default, if the env variable does not exist: Vespa
- ReportingEntityName: Vespa
- ReportingEntityId: system UUID read from
                     /sys/class/dmi/id/product_uuid

The VESPA manager uses the VES Agent (https://github.com/nokia/ONAP-VESPA) to adapt near-RT RIC internal statistics collection using Prometheus (xApps and platform containers) to ONAP's VES (VNF event streaming).
