Fix SDL configuration file path Valgrind errors

Fix Valgrind 'conditional jump or move depends on uninitialized value'
errors what are related to boost::filesystem::directory_iterator by
replacing the boost based implementation with standard C 'opendir()'
and 'readdir()' implementation.
