Take Redis client version 6.15.9 into use

Take newer Redis client version 6.15.9 into use from:
https://github.com/go-redis/redis

Reasoning was to get bug fixes, especially fix for this one:
https://github.com/go-redis/redis/issues/1149

Updated also go.sum file after running 'go mod tidy' command.
