# Setup for development environment

The purpose of this directory is to provide an setups for O-RAN component developers, who need to implement the O1 interface provider.

The SMO (Service Management and Orchestration) basically contains an OpenDaylight based NetConf Client, which is also used by the ONAP project an a VES Test Collector.
